INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The NCAA is pushing again its deadline for early entrants to the NBA draft to withdraw and return to university, while it will wait around to established a new day.
The deadline was June 3, which would’ve come 10 times following the completion of the NBA scouting combine. But with the combine postponed amid the coronavirus pandemic, NCAA senior vice president of basketball Dan Gavitt mentioned in a statement Wednesday that faculty sports’ governing system won’t established a new deadline right up until the NBA has established its revised timeline for the predraft approach.
