Former India Hockey Player Balbir Singh Kullar Dies At 77

Previous India hockey player Balbir Singh Kullar, who was a portion of the 1968 Olympics bronze-winning crew, has died right after struggling a coronary heart assault at his dwelling in Punjab. He died on Friday afternoon at the age of 77. Kullar is survived by his wife, just one son and two daughters. “My father was to journey with me to the US but out of the blue he experienced a substantial coronary heart assault and he died on Friday afternoon at our loved ones dwelling in Sansarpur in Jalandhar district,” his son Kamalbir Singh, who is centered in US, told PTI on Sunday.

Kullar’s cremation will be performed on Monday.
